Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most pieces ship within 2–5 business days. White-glove delivery (chandeliers, large furniture, vanities) typically takes 2–3 weeks because a specialist delivery team coordinates a delivery window with you and brings the piece inside your home.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the contiguous United States only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

Is shipping free?

Yes — all orders ship free anywhere in the contiguous U.S. There are no minimum order thresholds and no hidden fees at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

Who pays for return shipping?

If a piece arrived damaged or wasn't what you expected, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Installation

Do you install chandeliers?

White-glove delivery includes in-home placement but not electrical installation. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for the final hookup. Many of our customers schedule the electrician for the same day as delivery.

What about ceiling-medallion installation?

Ceiling medallions are designed to be installed by your electrician at the same time as the chandelier. The medallion mounts to the ceiling first; the chandelier hangs through it.

Warranty

Are your pieces covered by a warranty?

Yes — every chandelier carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and crystal trim. Light fixtures and components are covered by manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years). Reach out anytime for a warranty claim and we'll handle it directly with the maker.

Custom orders

Can I customize a chandelier?

Most of our chandeliers can be customized — sizing, light count, finish, crystal type. Custom orders typically add 4–6 weeks to the delivery timeline. Contact us with the piece you're interested in and what you'd like to change.

Do you work with interior designers?

Designers and architects regularly source from Casa Home Living for client projects. Get in touch and we'll set you up directly with our team for project quotes and bulk orders.
