Comfortable and easy to put together
This was very easy to put together. It’s very comfortable and fits in our space perfectly. I didn’t know if the phone holders would be a gods option or not. I love them. No worries about where to put your phone and you can charge it right there. There was a small defect in the console and appeared there was an attempt to fix it. It isn’t going to affect the way we use it so I didn’t opt to have it returned/exchanged. I took it down to a 4 star because of that.
Great purchase and wonderful customer service
I have the four seater with the console. They were delivered in 6 different boxes, one two different days but more than a week earlier than the original estimated delivery date. Although we didn’t receive the correct instructions package for the four seater, it was easy for my son and I to put it together. We were missing a couple of parts that could have easily been picked up at a local hardware store, but they did not interfere with the couch being put together. However, customer service for this company is amazing and responded quickly to resolve the issues.
Best couch for a RV!
I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. From the moment it arrived, I was impressed with how easy it was to set up—everything was straightforward and took very little time. The packaging was secure and everything came in perfect condition. The comfort level is honestly better than I expected. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough to relax on for hours, whether I’m watching TV or just unwinding after a long day. It strikes a really nice balance between firmness and comfort. I also love the look of it.
Beautiful Chairs
This is a beautiful item. I had no problem putting it together myself in about an hour if even that. Very comfortable and makes my gaming room look classy. I did take away one star as the delivery date advertised was early and I had to scramble to make arrangements to have the boxes put in my garage while I was away so be sure to keep a wide window open for that. I would order from them again no problem.
Not bad, but could be better
For the price, I can't complain too much. Its a bit smaller and lower than I expected. Quality is fair, one armrest is slowly bending outward from leaning on it. I expect this would be good for kids or adults less than 160lbs, I am 220 and its taking its toll on it, I don't expect it to last more than 8 months...
It's great but check your measurements twice
I love this thing. Installed in my RV camper works out perfectly. Check your measurements though. I had to modify the space.
