Very comfortable
I absolutely love these chairs, a lot of people have mentioned about how firm they are, they are definitely firmer, but it’s perfect!!! You just have to sit in it for about 30 seconds and you will fall in love with the chair!! I turned on the TV, put my legs up and I fell asleep two minutes into the show!! I am not happy about FedEx and they’re shipping, but that’s not the company’s fault. I had an issue with one deliveries. The company responded quickly. They were SUPER nice about it and handled the situation flawlessly!!!! If the situation arises, I will definitely purchase from them again!!
Solid Chair
The chair arrived a week sooner than estimated which was nice. I was able to move the chair from my garage to the lower level by myself, although it was a bit of a strain. The chair was relatively easy to put together and get all plugged in. What I most like is that it is very solid and the hidden storage was a must for me. The only real negative is the cup holders aren't large enough for my Yeti high-ball cup, but I was able to find an insert to allow for a larger cup without much problem.

Good chair for the price
It could be better built but for the actual costs, the function of the recliner as a whole and the arm rest amenities you could not ask for more. The only way this product gets better is better materials and construction and that will raise the cost of the chair. It is exactly what you pay for and honestly a bit more.
