Reversible Cast Iron Griddle, 20 x 10 Inch Rectangular Griddle Pan

This reversible cast iron griddle gives you two cooking surfaces in one pan. The ribbed side suits searing steaks, chops, chicken and fish with grill marks, while the flat side works for pancakes, eggs, bacon and fajitas. Use it for indoor stovetop meals or outdoor barbecues.

The 20 by 10 inch cooking area holds a large batch at once. Diagonal corner handles help you lift and carry the pan. Raised edges with built-in grease channels direct excess fat away from food. The pan arrives unseasoned, so rub it with vegetable or flaxseed oil and heat it before first use. Use non-metal utensils, soak briefly in warm water for no more than 15 minutes, towel-dry right away, and skip steel wool.
