We absolutely love these seats. Let's begin with the order. I was contacted by the company within an hour thanking us and requesting some additional info for the shipping company. Ours seats arrived by freight on two pallets which the shipper took with him at our request. You will learn quickly these are well built seats and as such heavy. We used furniture rollers to get them into the home. See my photos for the unpacking. Assembly was easy and very straight forward. We choose the dark chocolate color and it is just gorgeous. The seat controls are very convenient and included USB connection.
Very comfortable quality leather home theater seats
High Quality leather home theater seating. I got the two-chair Tuscany in black. It came in two cardboard boxes wrapped together in plastic wrap. Each box is only 29-30" tall so I was able to rotate each on its side and wheel them one by one through a standard doorway with a hand truck (dolly.) They are well packaged and there was no damage. They are easy to setup and assembly is a breeze. They have a qr code on the outside of the box to link to a video on how to unbox and assemble. The seats are quite firm but very comfortable. I'm 5'9" 175 lbs adult male and the fit is very good.
Comfortable and pretty great, with one WARNING
As long as you get the more recent model where the headrest rotates forward rather than just moving up and down, these are great. Very comfortable, and the headrest allows one to recline further than one would expect viable for watching a film, as a considerable amount of head "lift" is available via the buttons. The cupholder and foot lights are all or nothing - both on or both off, and the foot lights are so bright they can't be used while viewing. The control panel backlights are far too bright, and can be neither adjusted nor turned off.

Great lookin Chairs, the leather is great, the controls are great but the chair is falling apart after less than a year. The manufacturer went out of their way help me and replaced the damaged seat and arms. This is the best they could do to help but I fear I will have the same problem next year.

The theater seating was easy to assemble and comfortable. They added the final touch to our home theater room. The only complaint I have is it took such a long time to receive them. The shipping company promised delivery on a certain date. My 5 piece theater seating was delivered over a week later.
Good support
The chair's are comfortable. If you're over 6 ft, you might be a little tall for the headrest. I'm 6'2", and I'd like a couple more inches on the back for my head support. They do look pretty fancy. I'm happy with my purchase.
