Plastic Fat Separator with Bottom Release, 4 Cup (1000 ml) Capacity

This plastic fat separator has a capacity of 4 cups (1000 ml). The see-through body is made of tritan, a durable, heat resistant material, and measuring scales on the cup let you check how much liquid you have poured. A plastic filter lid on top catches debris and larger food bits before the liquid goes in.

Liquid drains from the bottom, so the fat stays in the upper part of the cup. A silicone plug controls the release, and the large handle is easy to grip. The unit comes apart for cleaning. The top shelf can go in the dishwasher, or you can wash all parts by hand.
