This adjustable mandoline slicer uses a dial to choose among 24 slice settings, from paper thin up to 9mm thick. Two julienne settings, 4.5mm and 9mm, cut strips, and the same unit makes waffle fries or ruffled chips from potatoes and vegetables.

Changing settings uses the dial, so you do not need to handle the blades. The unit folds flat for drawer storage. It can also slice cucumbers and onions, and the top rack is dishwasher safe for cleanup.
