Heavy Duty Poultry Shears with Spring Loaded Action, Dishwasher Safe Kitchen Shears

These heavy duty kitchen shears are made for cutting poultry. The blades are molybdenum-vanadium steel, 3.5 mm thick, and the handles are aluminum. The spring loaded design helps the blades reopen after each cut, and a thumb-activated lock keeps them closed when stored.
